This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit www.rezengaming.com, register for an account, or otherwise use the Rezen Gaming Service (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

This Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Service, including our website, our free-to-play mode, our skill-based wagering mode, and any related applications, tools, or communications. This Policy applies to users located in the United States and Canada, where the Service currently operates.

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

• Account Information: name, email address, username, password, date of birth, and mailing address.
• Identity Verification (KYC) Information: government-issued identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport), Social Security Number or Social Insurance Number (as applicable), and other information necessary to verify your identity and eligibility, consistent with our Know Your Customer (“KYC”) obligations.
• Payment Information: payment card details, bank account or e-wallet information, and transaction history, collected and processed on our behalf by third-party payment processors.
• Communications: information you provide when contacting live support, submitting a match dispute, or otherwise communicating with us.
• Verification Documents: documents or information submitted in response to fraud, AML, or eligibility inquiries.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, and actions taken on the Service.
• Geolocation Data: precise or approximate location data collected via GPS, Wi-Fi positioning, IP address, and similar technologies, used to enforce the geo-fencing restrictions described in our Terms of Service.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies: as described in the Cookies and Tracking Technologies section below.
• Gameplay and Match Data: match history, in-game performance, wager amounts, XP accumulation, and outcomes.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

• Identity Verification Vendors: confirmation of identity, age, and address, and screening results against government sanctions and watch lists.
• Payment Processors: transaction confirmation and fraud-risk signals.
• Fraud Prevention and Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) Vendors: risk scores, device fingerprinting, and account-linkage information used to detect duplicate accounts, collusion, or suspicious financial activity.
• Publicly Available Sources: information available from public records or social media, where relevant to identity or fraud verification.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create, maintain, and secure your account;
• Verify your identity, age, and location, and enforce eligibility requirements under our Terms of Service (KYC and geo-fencing);
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, money laundering, collusion, match-fixing, and other prohibited conduct (AML);
• Process deposits, Match Stakes, and withdrawals;
• Operate the free-to-play mode and track XP;
• Facilitate live support and Referee review of match disputes;
• Communicate with you about your account, transactions, promotions (including the $20 Free Play Voucher), and updates to our terms or policies;
• Comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements, and law enforcement or regulatory requests;
• Improve, secure, and develop the Service; and
• Enforce our Terms of Service and protect the rights, property, and safety of RznG, our users, and others.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: identity verification, AML/fraud-prevention, payment processing, hosting, analytics, customer support, and communications vendors who process information on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Referees and Match Officials: information reasonably necessary to review and resolve match disputes.
• Regulators and Law Enforcement: where required by law, legal process, or to respond to a regulatory inquiry, including AML/KYC-related reporting obligations.
• Professional Advisors: our attorneys, accountants, auditors, and insurers, as necessary.
• Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
• With Your Consent: for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent.

We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, authenticate your session, detect fraud, and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of the Service, including account login and real-money wagering functions.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to operate your account, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (including AML and tax recordkeeping requirements, which may require retention for a period of years after account closure), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information indefinitely.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8.1 Access, Correction, and Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information we hold about you by contacting us at Admin@rezengaming.com. We may be unable to delete information we are required to retain for KYC, AML, tax, or other legal purposes.

8.2 Marketing Communications

You may opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those communications. You will continue to receive transactional and account-related communications even if you opt out of marketing.

8.3 California Residents

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”), including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain uses of your personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

8.4 Canadian Residents

If you are a Canadian resident, you may have rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”) and applicable provincial privacy legislation, including the right to access and request correction of your personal information.

8.5 Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete it.

The Service currently operates in the United States and Canada. Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in either country, regardless of where you reside, in each case subject to the protections described in this Policy.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy on the Service with a revised “Last Updated” date, and, where required by law, will provide additional notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
